Returns and Refund Policy
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No Problem! Here at Purevision Optical we want to make sure our customers are always happy and satisfied with their purchases, therefore we offer 14-day money back returns through mail or in stores.
In order for us to accept the return, the product must be in the original packaging, and in perfect condition with the tags still on. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Once we receive the items, we will inspect them and if all looks good, we will issue your refund to the original payment method immediately. This excludes all Final Sale items.
